Effective 2026-04-29. Plain English. If anything's ambiguous, default reading is the one most protective of you, the user.

What WOLFX is

WOLFX is an autonomous AI trading platform. It runs strategies, trades real capital in paper-and-live brokerage accounts, and publishes the results. The Pro tier gives you real-time access to those signals via API. The Free tier gives you 24-hour-delayed access.

What WOLFX is not

• Not investment advice. Every signal is informational. We are not a registered investment advisor.
• Not a fund. We don't manage your money. We trade ours and publish what we did.
• Not a guarantee. Past performance — including the published walk-forward backtests on our scoreboard — does not predict future results.
• Not insured. If our trading account loses value, the SIPC and FDIC do not insure that loss.

Pro subscription

• $99 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• API key issued automatically within 5 minutes of checkout. Revoked on cancellation.
• Refunds: if you cancel within 7 days of first subscribing AND have made fewer than 100 API calls, we will refund the most recent payment on request to hello@wolfx.trade. Beyond that window, refunds are at our discretion.

Use of signals

You can use WOLFX signals for any purpose, personal or commercial. You may not redistribute them as a substantially-similar product. If you trade on a signal and lose money, that's your decision and your loss; if you trade on a signal and make money, that's your decision and your gain.

Data we collect

See privacy policy. Short version: email + Stripe customer ID + API call counts. Nothing else.

Termination

We can terminate access for material breach (sharing your API key, abusive call volume, attempting to break our infrastructure). We'll refund the unused portion of your current month if we terminate.

Liability

Maximum liability for any dispute is the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior. WOLFX is provided as-is. We are not liable for trading losses, market data outages, broker outages, or signal latency.

Governing law

State of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration before any court action.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email Pro subscribers and date-stamp the change at the top of this page. The new terms take effect 30 days from notice.
